Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Virra, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please read our policy below.

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Cancellations post-dispatch will not be entertained.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

• To be eligible, you must raise a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear proof (images/video).

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable.

• Products showing signs of wear or usage will not be accepted for refund.

4. Return Process

• Contact our support team with your order ID and issue details.

• Upon approval, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
